Well my new therapist seems to think I'm having trouble with anxiety. Anxiety! Of all things. Could that explain any of my feelings lately what do you think here are my symptoms, agitated, depressed, out o body feeling, paranoia. The list goes on what do you think. I thought I was mixed cause I'm happy and sad some of the time but could it just be anxiety?

Is it possible that you are anxious because you are mixed? i.e. it's not "just anxiety", but anxiety plays a major role?

Anxiety is a serious thing! It can be debilitating! I don't know if that's all your feeling, but I know for me that serious anxiety leads to episodes. I do have GAD though, so maybe it's different for me. idk

Well he thinks it's caused by the episode so hopefully it'll pass soon.
