I was finally feeling more like a human being and less like a bipolar person. I got back on track with getting back to work. I have been faithfully taking medication. I had my first real week of good feelings. And then she came.

A friend that continuously points the finger at me and tells me where I have fallen short. She expects me to dote on her like a high school friend would. and has no respect that this was the toughest patch in my life. She took my good day and made it a bad one.

I never get things right. I am the reason everything falls apart. I am the monster that doesnt change what needs to be changed for her to be happy.

I am the monster.

No, she is the monster, I think. Toxic person. Don't let her twist you around because she is not your friend, she's a vampire wanting you to feed her. I say drop her, block her from contacting you. And don't feel bad about it. I have had to do that before, myself.

Thank you everyone for your advice. She met the curb this morning. Not a tear shead and feeling 1548491% relieved. She said I didnt count her in to let her help me. When I told her anything she would always use it to hurt me. Its a chapter of my life that is now officially over

Yes there are people who hurt more than help and don't realize it, or pretend not to. It is better to have no friends than toxic ones, I think.
