Who knows what she wrote in my chart. She did say I'm anxious. It's worse at night. I was irritable and snapped at my youngest at my lunch group today. I can't keep taking Ativan. I took a shower already. Watching my show. Hrumph. Been anxious for weeks.

Seeing friends, exercise, doing other enjoyable things. I just alienated another friend. I really hate this feeling. I'm leaning toward twice as much Ativan or some brandy. Tomorrow my friend is visiting from Ohio so that will distract me.

My thoughts are dark. They go "think of kids".... Pull down to dark... Soothing dark.... "Think of kids..." Is this ****ing day over yet? Oh yeah there's another one tomorrow.

Newest is topomax since end of November. Others much longer. Even doubled Zyprexa this last week.

Some times Meds just quit working. Or sometimes people are on too many. would be worth looking into.

Tonight , you need to distract your self.. Polish your nails? toes? give yourself a facial? watch a funny movie, You should definatly write on your Blog. Listen to quiet calming music, take a bath? take a shower? Fix your hair a new way. If you wear makeup try something new. YouTube has a bazillion videos, read a book.... Aren't you glad you asked me
 lol ! Seriously take a deep breath or 10 and remind yourself you can handle this. You can
