every day is harder than the last because its more of the same. Anxiety through the roof. And some depression s no friends around to distract me today. I just want to be In bed. See pdoc tomorrow.

Sorry your friend isn't there anymore. I'm back in bed too, not depressed or anxious, just want to feel cuddled I think. I'm going to be making tacos for dinner too, or burritos.
 And I'm so hungry already. It's only 3pm here, but I could just make it sooner and tell my kids it's a special day or something.
