I have racing thoughts, HIGHLY irritable, talking ALOT more and sometimes fast than usual. I know you can't DX here but what do you all think? my irritability is OFF that charts. I get irritated over NOTHING. oh did I mention I only sleep 3-4 hours a night and dont miss the sleep.

If you think you're manic, you should call your pdoc. Do it before the irritability leads you to do something stupid...I have snapped at professors and got a noise complaint filed against me for screaming in my apartment while in a state like you're describing. A lot of manic people get into dangerous physical fights...you don't want that to be you.

Because I have dysphoric mania I tend to feel extremely hyper and irritable. Easily excitable. Pressured speech and racing thoughts.... Feels like my bones are trying to claw their way out of my skin, and I could jump up and go jogging (I'm not one who enjoys running.)

I agree to call your pdoc. Although mania can bring on creativity, it can also bring on trouble.
