hi everybody,
i am going to schedule an appt next week with pdoc i am bipolar 1 but for the past couple of weeks i been feeling angry irritable edgy anxious tired depressed but then i get this sudden burst of energy where i want to do everything 3 weeks ago i was so impulsive i used my mother in laws credit card and spent alot but now during the day i go through these emotions of energy then depressed then a little happy and so forth has anybody gone through this in a day omg

Yes and it sounds like a mixed episode to me. I'm currently in one myself and it's terrible you cycle on and off alot and sometimes feel both at the same time.

Yep sounds mixed. Tough ride to be on. Hang on tight and get in to see Pdoc soon as you can.

Sounds like a mixed episode. I just went through that.

What helped me was distracting as much as possible.

Deep breathing exercises would help temporarily.

Remembering that I won't always feel this way. Try and remember the happy times. Envision being calm and calming images. Try and lay down and relax with breathing and peaceful thoughts and images.

Hope I helped some.
