I started back at work a couple weeks ago, and things seem to be going well so far. I'm understanding the job I'm supposed to be doing, and I'm keeping up with the line.

I just can't shake the feeling that I'm going to fail. I'm waiting to fail because it seems inevitable. Part of me wants to quit before it can happen, although there is no way we would survive if I did. I just hate being in panic mode all the time.

I work myself up so bad I make myself sick. I just don't know what to do. How do I let go?

Well it sounds like your having a rough go of it and my best advice is to let it happen and e ok with it. If you mess up you mess up that's not failure it's human. Just remember your not perfect your human and maybe that will help.

"When nobody says anything, you are fine. When somebody says something, improvise."

This could help.

I hope so. I mean, on one hand I know that I don't have to be completely perfect, but I don't know. I just have a problem with the idea of failing. I get bad anxiety over it, and I just don't know how to calm myself down.

Right here right now Breathing exercises... There are many to choose from and it takes a lil trial and error to find what is the best for you. Long term to reduce stress or more so how you and your mind/body react to it ..Meditation.

Accept the fact if and when you fail it is still ok? Your work is not you, you are you regardless?
