Waiting for rain.

I sit here in the clear sunny day,
basking in its glory
the amazing part of it all
the way it feels
Manic

Almost unreal
or really unreal
how can this be real
how is this life
I dont know
but I
Welcome
and
lament it

Why lament something as powerful as the sun?
Because the rain always comes
after
The rain washes out the bright green grass
The strong tall trees

The rain
Depression
the thunderous power of the rain
The rain keeps you inside
and safe
from what

The last time I was upped on my Zyprexa dose I remember being so zoned and watching the rain come down over canvas umbrellas outside Starbucks. Mesmerizing.
