Well I am in need of some help. I wonder if this is normal. I have my conscious kind of talking to me, tellin me how good Sui would be how it would help me, it also wants me to destroy things. It's not like a voice just in my thoughts. How can I stop this?

The technique in the link may help although you don't have that condition. If you don't like it, just ignore my suggestion.

You tell that suicide demon to shut the F up and not today. I know exactly what you're talking about. Your mind whispering those horrible lies into your head and how suicide is right there. It's the lie. That's the thing we have to keep vigilant about. We have to protect ourselves from ourselves. Kind of messed up but true.

Suicidal thoughts are a symptom. Remember that. If you're having them frequently and they are bothering you, then yes, do tell the doctor. Make sure that you tell whether or not you have a plan.

I like to use the pain scale for suicidal thoughts. You know the pain scale they use like 1 is not painful up to 10 which is worst pain ever. Suicidal thoughts are not all the same. A 2 is a fleeting thought. A 10 is a "I have a plan and I've started making preparations." It's a good way judge where you are and how sever it is.

((Clinte)) I've had a similar experience really recently, but then my doctor upped my zyprexa and the thoughts mostly went away. Maybe you just need a med change?

Don't listen to it. Please stay safe.

I was having symptoms on antipsychotics, too. You might just need them upped.
