I know this seems excessive, but I can't help but remember Gypsy, my papillon, today, the anniversary of her death. It doesn't seem like it could be a year since she died. She was 14 years old. I now have another papillon who will be a year old in March. I got her when she was seven months old - Lacey. She is a pistol. We start obedience training the week of March 8th and she really needs it. As much as I love her now, I still miss Gypsy. This has been a rough 12 months - Gypsy died in February, my brother-in-law Jack died in August and my father died January 2, 2013. We never knew why Jack died. Lots of deaths.

Always hard to lose a pet - they are part of the family so your grief is understandable.... remember the good times. i hope Lacey helps to fill the gap...

A lost of a pet is so hard especially when they lived a full life. I'm sorry for your uncle and father also.
