The psych ER staff doesn't care that you call at night. And for that matter, your doctor shouldn't. It's only 8 pm. This is important.

He is your person, he is there for you to call. He wants you to call whenever you are feeling the way you are feeling, please give him a call and don't worry that you call too much. He does his work because he care's, and is there for you for a reason.

I don't know if it's been said but try to think of the time when you said you were dancing around and think of having those again. We know being bipolar there will be a change and at least we can count on knowing that change is around the corner. sometimes good sometimes bad. Not sure if that makes sense

I'm listening to upbeat swing music and that helps. I'm feeling better but that thought is still there.
