I don't like all of the effort
I constantly have to put in
to life right now to get everything right
and keep it all together

it would be so much easier to just sit back
and let things be
but there is so much that needs to be done
and I'm on top of it all right now

But it's constant double checking
to make sure I'm not going too far
that i'm not hypo
that everything is up to par

I want to find time to relax
but my brain is in problem solving mode
I have to make sure I don't try and fix
what isn't broken

I'm like, on the go...
but it's not a hypo thing
more of a life thing
and it's wearing me out.

The busy time will pass and things will settle down in time.

yeah, I feel it takes a lot of effort to try to maintain an even keel if at all possible. For me, its taking meds everyday, vitamins, fish oil,(I constantly feel I am popping some pill or vitamin in my mouth, B12, folate, etc.) exercise, try to eat right, massage, acupunture, seeing my pdoc, making sure I sleep and don't drink, try to not get stressed out, getting sunshine and getting out in nature everyday etc. the list goes on. All this effort and I still don't feel good so I don't get it. I try to do all the right things and exercise helps the most but the feeling doesn't last all day.. so a lot of effort for nothing really.. I don't know.
