I'm fed up with life not bc i'm depressed but bc i'm so *******ed bored. Boredom leads to restlessness which leads to phsycotic anger. I'm losing control

How about checking with your therapist or psychiatrist as soon as you can? Also, something needs to be done about your boredom, if that's what's setting you off. Sports? Internet or Playstation games? Reading? Writing? Photography? Maybe even finding a list of hobbies other folks enjoy. It isn't good to go through life being bored! Any jobs you can do around your place, even?

I agree if the suicidal thoughts are getting too much for you, to call in help from your T or pdoc.

Getting up and moving around can actually be helpful. Sometimes it's hard to get up and move, but once you force yourself to do it, you start to feel better. Also, maybe try getting out of the house.

One of my favorite quotes is "an idle mind is the devil's playground" You have got to get out and do something and find something to occupy your mind. I hope you feel better.
Thanks for this!

"idle hands are also the devil's hands"....trying writing or painting or wood working helps some friends of mine. I hope you feel better. I have to much on my plate and its making me crazy. I would give anything to trade places for a bit with you. I hope you find peace soon.
Thanks for this!

Would you by any chance be on disability? My life became so boring once I went on disability. I found myself a couple hobbies (gardening, knitting) that I could occupy my time with. It's helped out so much.
