I don't feel depressed or manic exactly. But I feel strange. I'm having trouble reading posts, having a difficult time on focusing and making sense of things.

Maybe it is time to take a bubble bath and relax? (After work) Going on a walk and being away from fam stress for 30 minutes may help too. (With a long hot shower afterward?)

Someone should be willing to watch the kids for half an hour while you unwind. Take a break.

Yes! A little DHX time seems in order!

Sorry you're feeling out of sorts sis

Please take some time to self-soothe and practice that healthy hedonism we had a huge thread on

Actually, the more the day goes the more I feel heavy and worn out. I think if I'm not depressed it may be coming on... >.>

With me there's hardly triggers, so I know how it sucks to be caught so off guard....

Hope you find it, and that your mood lifts soon.
Guess that's our consolation prize yes? Its not permanent....

Love you sis!

Sometimes there are no triggers, that's the nature of bipolar. Or triggers aren't obvious at all and it would take too much work to figure it out.

What are some coping skills you use when you're feeling this way?

I've been where u are and self care is the answer. Think of cheap or no cost things that give u pleasure. Go for a walk in the park, take an art class , mani /pedi etc...
I'll keep u in my prayers.

This sounds like something amazing fun.

Once upon a time, in a land far, far away... I once sent out a bunch of e-mails to family members and friends that they had won valuable imaginary prizes. And I would tell them what they won only if they e-mailed me back and asked...
