Had another fantastic weekend with the gf.
We went upstate for my good friend's 25th b-day party. This was her first time meeting the gf and my first time meeting her new bf. We both seemed to approve of the other's significant other. ![]() Had my first group alcohol session. It went well though I was late. Just 4 other guys perty much like me. Hard working, down to earth guys that just like to drink for different reasons. One of the other men also has bp, even attempted sui. Said they tried to get him for probabtion violation once he got out of the ICU (f'd up if you ask me). Have my follow up p-doc appt tomorrow. Then 1-on-1 counseling on Thursday with root canal completion (hopefully) before that. Throw in a chiro appt or two and two double-shifts and it leaves me with another insane week. Not to mention I have to come to work ASAP every day this week to try to make up for the gap in coverage caused by everyone else training for their new positions once the lead tech leave the end of the month. Tired just thinkin about it, but feeling as good as possible considering I still have a horrific cold and my hip pain persists. The bff's new bf is a physical therapist and urged me to get an MRI and insisted the chiro could not fix my problem with spinal adjustments. So much to do, so little time. Better than being bored I suppose. LOL Best wishes and good luck to all in this new week. ![]()

I would very much agree with him. If you have insurance (through the union or the employer, perhaps?), get an MRI. Be on the safe side.

Yeah manic get an mri. My back started hurting and long story short General practitioner took awhile to get mri and had to have surgery no other option. Now I have permanent damage. You don't want that.
Keep at it I'm still impressed with how well u manage w/o meds. Good job! ![]() |
