I have been back and forth to the hospital often in the last week. I went from extremely manic to exhausted. Everyday activities are keeping me on the go nonstop. I have done this for about a week and I just want to crawl in bed and shut the world out for a day. I am so tired I even forget to eat...

That's a natural reaction considering what you and your family have been through.
Time to relax a little now that your aunt has regained consciousness, but continue to hope for the best, please. Take some time now for yourself. Have that hot shower, eat something good for you and get some sleep. Those are the most restorative things you can do for yourself right now. Please ease up a little on yourself. You'll be fine. Be cautious about your aunt's recovery and continue to help when it's convenient. Your health is most important now. Take care. |

I agree with genetic. You need to take some time to rest. Even if don't sleep, you at least need to unwind. I be once you've allowed yourself to relax a bit you'll fall right to sleep. Maybe try some hot tea.
