I have nightmares like that. Nightmares that something horrible happens to my kids. Nightmares that something horrible happens to my husband. This world makes us feel so alone, so the thought of losing the few people we have is horrible.

I will take nightmares about monsters any time. Can't stand nightmares when something bad happens to my family.

Too much acid in your system, Monkey. Try the "lemon thing" and use omega 3 fatty acids in the late afternoon about 4:00 P.M. 1,000 mg ought to give you some
relief.

Avoid nuts-cashews, peanuts, late in the afternoon. They somehow create difficult dreams for me.

Just get the acidic levels of fluids and tissues down, please. That really is the best
help I know of to control excessive dreams and particularly nightmares.
