I am tired of all the changes in medication. I quess I am tired of bipolar.
In a few minutes I will be leaving for mu inperson support group.I have been going for 7 years and it really helps. i am hoping the forums here will help too

We know what you mean, dear one. I can't even remember all the meds I've been on and the ups and downs. I'm glad you have a real-life support group to go to. We'll definitely try to be supportive, too!
