Well, I cleaned the whole kitchen yesterday. Hands and knees on floor scrubbing the grout, washing baseboards and walls. Rearranged the countertop. Cleaned the living room, hands and knees on the floor cleaning the hardwood. Washing baseboards and walls. Moving upstairs today. My house is so clean.

Sometimes, mania is really productive.

Too bad you crash afterwards.

I could definitely use some of that too...my apartment is a mess and neither my sister or I feel like cleaning it :/ It has to be done eventually though and likely it'll be me.

Sounds more like hypomania, and that doesn't always mean there will be a crash to follow. I've been hypomanic most my life, and I've never experienced the crashes. Mania may be another story.
