Hi, Shawniie, and welcome.

I wonder if the situational anxiety might not be making the bipolar and ADD worse.
Is there anything you can do about the anxiety to help you feel better? Have you
tried to do anything to relieve some of that?

I think that situational anxiety must be one of the biggest threats to your feeling tone related to bipolar illness and to ADD. Whatever you're able to do to get relief from that might help to keep the bipolar illness much more stable.

I'd be interested to know how you're managing it all. Maybe there's some help
someone here might give.

Take care of yourself. Glad you've joined the group.

Hi Shawniie welcome I don't have many people in real life who understand what a day is really like for me. I'm a mess lately, crying a lot, can barely leave my bed, not many people get to know this about me. There's still much stigma with bp and depression, we need more compassion and understanding. I'm not just lazy, I'm troubled and suffering. But I try not to let real life people see me like this, waiting for it to pass so I can get my life together. People here can understand these things cuz we all been through it. I hope you get support you need here, reaching out is the start

We all have our own unique experiences, but I am absolutely sure that, on these forums, you are surrounded by understanding people.
