Have you ever tried DBT? One of the major aspects of it was something along the lines of... taking opposite action. Every once in a while, try stepping out of your comfort zone. Go someplace that you've wanted to go for ages and keep putting it off, or see a friend that you haven't seen in a while. Have an escape plan. AKA, remember you forgot to do something, you have to leave, etc.... you're never STUCK anywhere. Keep your options open. Sometimes all it takes is a small kick in the butt to change your day from being depressed to having an OK or good time.
Thanks for this!

Make sure you get out tomorrow, enjoy the sunshine, maybe take some pictures?

I have a book on DBT that I haven't looked at yet, I just bought it because it was recommended. This sounds great!

Today after I saw the disabilities lady at school, I went home and took a nap. I felt like doing NOTHING.
