..there is no such thing as the finality the END!
I will not accept that all my mistakes have ruined me! as likewise I would never dis-regard the efforts of someone else so passionate! and this is the very important thing we must consider ....we must imagine even at the extreme of insecurity! ..and do you want me to say it? cos you already know! to be forgiven... and what for? nobody remembers.... I'm going to throw myself into life now.... and it aint mania...and it aint mental illness ...I just want to experience myself in this world... I don't care what it throws at me |

Yes that's a good idea. I tend to breathe more deeply or touch tangible things to affirm the world around me.
