I can feel anxiety and/or depression coming back and am so tempted to take an Ativan. I'm not supposed to - I get addicted and abuse them. But I hate this knot in my chest. Thinking of you too

Hi Moose. I'm a little on the new side, but because I get awfully anxious and agitated, I just wanted to say I can relate and hope you feel better. I hate to think of you feeling the way I get feeling cuz I know it's dreadful. It's hard to soothe. I bet your nails look lovely though. Hope the milk helped. The Ativan too. Write anytime. Feel better and take good care. Thinking of you.

I got addicted because I was taking too many. If taken in moderation I'm sure it's not as much of an issue

I took as prescribed then after a few months i needed a higher dose. My pdoc said no higher b/c of possible addiction. I stopped taking them.
