The bad thoughts are back. Had a good day. Got my nails fixed. They look nice. I think she hated me because I kind if criticized her work. :/

I hate being anxious and don't know what I'll do when I run out if Ativan. New pdoc will have to write me a script I guess.

Glad you slept. Hope you feel better today.
I love fabulous nails... but to my horror, I am a tooth tapper and a terrible nail biter. So... I keep mine short and live vicariously through others.

I'm thinking the anxiety will come back tonight. I feelimg I can't get anything done. That my memory is preventing me from getting anything done. Yes I write things down.
