After (idk how long?) like 6 months or maybe more of sleeping with my ceiling light on, and then my lamp on, I'm finally going to sleep in the dark! .. all it took was my lamp's light bulb to burn out..
For the time being, I keep my laptop light on until I fall asleep, but it shuts off shortly after I'm sleeping.

I have not yet been diagnosed, or have even seen a doctor yet, but I know that I have Depression, and I'm pretty sure that I have Bipolar Disorder. I just told my mom about this a few months ago, so I'm keeping a 'mood journal' and will eventually see a doctor about it.

Yay! Glad you're able to sleep with most of the lights off!

That's good. It's good to improve! And you might get better sleep that way, too. I'm proud of you.

I love a dark and rainy night with the wind whistling through the window. I get all dreamy and sunk into the covers. May you have another peaceful night.

Good for you! I still have to have my tv on to sleep. Mines more ptsd symptoms though. You're doing better it sounds.
