Fast cycling bipolar doesn't change that fast...generally no faster than once a day or so, but BPD emotions do. The biggests difference is that in BPD, emotions are always caused by something. Maybe it's something to take a look at. http://forums.psychcentral.com/borde...scription.html

Sometimes medication just wears off and isn't 100% foolproof. I know I faithfully take mine, but have been dealing with a depressive funk for sometime now. I am glad I am not alone in this, and that makes me feel better.

Sorry you're having sucha hard time.

I understand about the insurance. I don't have insurance right now and haven't been able to see a pdoc or a T in almost three years. I just kind of go along as best I can day to dy.

I'm an ultradian cycler. I can cycle 2-3 times in a day, depending on if I get triggered. It's usually less, though. But I also have mixed states, which is both together. So sometimes I can't figure out if I'm mixed or just cycling quickly. I try to keep a mood journal to help me figure that one. It's not always easy, but it can help me pick out patterns and triggers.
