due to a medication change my seroquel did not ruin my day and i was awake to enjoy it and my friends and family. yay things are looking up.

My "Princess" type daughter graduated from Air Force Basic Training today. This is the same girl that lamented for two days about a broken fingernail working retail. Woo-hoo my little girl did it! She has inner strength I'm sure we can all tap into when push comes to shove. Especially when they shove a M16 in your hands. I think it's an M16. My military days are long past, and even if you're anti military & some are - just be encouraged she found the strength to pursue her dreams. I'm so proud of her!

I ran around the block for the first time today and started on Lipozene trying to lose weight to feel better about myself to go along with my new medicines.

I went swimming despite having a migraine. Was swimming for 35 minutes and my pain level actually went down!
