Please post one POSITIVE thing from your day (or week). Please be positive.
It can be something very simple like coming here and replying to someone's post, getting up 10 minutes earlier or going to the gym....etc
( I saw this topic on another forum and wanted it for us).

Our pastor has started a sermon series about fear. Very interesting. He is a magnificent preacher.

I am not quite crying, but I feel like crying because I am sad - and it makes me feel human and normal to have human emotions. So for me it is positive.

The fact that I woke up this morning to share another day with my family. I really feel my life is a blessing despite what I have been through.

Me too, a shower, and I untangled part of my hair. Could not do all (I have curly hair that gets horribly tangled if I do not condition it regularly and I tend to be undisciplined about it).
Thanks for this!

I had a wonderful weekend in the mountains fishing for trout, spending quality time with my family I don't get to see that often, and celebrating my 25th birthday, all without consuming a drop of alcohol, bringing my sobriety to a full month and counting.

I have another positive.
I made progress today. I put in my contacts, put on make up & polished my nails. All of which I haven't done in 6 months.
