I bet it is smart goals.

SMART criteria - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Given SMART criteria - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia, goals such as "go to bed at X PM" is OK while goals such as "be free from depression for X days in a row" are not OK.
