i've been using an indoor rower for nearly a year in an effort to boost mood and like my thighs a little better. The rowing season ends in less than two weeks and i hope to have notched up one million metres (strange spelling? yes, i'm english!) by then.
this post is just to give myself the spur i need, because i'm close but drifting slightly. hopefully i won't dare cop out! ![]() |

Wow, that's awesome. It'll be a great achievement when you hit that milestone. And I'm sure it has helped you a lot with your BP too

rowing gives a great high but without the speeding up effect of bp mania. i'd recommend it! ![]() |
