Still can't focus, I've been going on for almost a week like this. Barely any sleep, thoughts racing, so much creativity, eating too much.

I can sit still now, at least. Not sure what I'm gonna do if this lasts much longer.

I suggest you talk to your dic about it. It sounds like your meds might need to be adjusted.

Yeah, it may be time to call the doc if you're not slowing down and it's effecing you too much. You need sleep. Not sleeping is terrible for the body.

He told me yesterday through my T that I needed to take hald a dose of zyprexa. Wanna know what that did for me? Made me pass out last night so at least I got some sleep. But otherwise, not much.

Well, sleep is a start anyway. I think sleep helps the mind calm down a bit. I think that's why when in mania, you can't sleep. And then it actually makes it worse. That's a theory I have.

One step at a time, you know?

I can't tell if I'm in hypo, or full blown mania, or what. soon as I'm done my calc class today, I'm just gonna take another half a dose of zyprexa and see if that helps, at least to make me sleep.

Hopefully as you get more sleep you'll feel better. Do you try to stay on a schedule? Having a set sleep schedule and sticking to it can help a lot. Routines are important for us folks with bipolar. Which is funny since we can be so spontaneous.

I know everyone's body is different. Before my onset I could go to bed at 11 pm and wake up at 6 am. However after my onset I have to be in bed by 9-9:30. I went to bed at 11pm a few nights ago and the next morning it felt like I was in a wreck. Plus I was so irritable.
