sotime i can be having a good day and singing and all is well then blam out of no where im in a mood with no cause..does this happen 2 anyone else?

What's interesting is the DSM doesn't list this as being a BP symptom. LOL. I don't look to the DSM for many answers. I prefer to ask many people living w/ the condition. I completely understand what you mean by moods changing w/ no cause, which is different from situational.

That happens so often to me that I truly thought it was "normal" until finding out otherwise. Unfortunately there are tons of other things that I thought were normal too, like thinking all the time....yeah BP!! So, while I have no suggestions or advice, I do experience that too.

you betcha. Can be bad news, stressful instance, pain, any little thing can take a fantastic day and turn it craptastic in a flash. Sucks...
