not sure what they are realy,,just outside for a smoke and heard a conversation and it made me mad cause what they was tlaking about upset me iguess canstand to listen ti crap sometimes dont know why but i guees its just ppl r ppl

Bipolar triggers are behaviors and outside events that lead to bipolar disorder symptoms. these triggers can be positive or negative. You often have control of them, but some are just part of everyday life.
