I was wondering why I was passionately going off at ex SIL and am now laughing afterward singing loudy instead of throttling the stupid lil beech on the spot...

Jokes aside, I'm sorry sis I'm listening if you wanna vent in more detail

I'm here too Christina...

you don't have to be angry alone.

...and what a very cool title! your dry humor is priceless as you are also.

I have my own anger hanging around just out of the corner of my eye. It pops up suddenly and in force these days. So, I totally understand. I like the term "angerfest." Makes me think there might be prizes and funnel cakes....

Coco,

Situational makes perfect sense to me... X happened and I get mad.

Mania for me is: anger mad hateful hot mess of ugliness.

But in between "known mania" I have moments of Anger ( why I started this thread)

My T has assured me that anger is indeed part of Bipolar. There is often nothing that causes it , it just happens ... Yeah I was still confused He asked me if I have ever just had a "tearful sad day" Of course I have .. He said Anger can and will pop up in the same manner. Emotions are emotions.
