I experience the same thing and others on this forum have post they have too. Moods can change through out the day for no reason. "I "believe this is a BP symptom although the DSM states differently.
I'm home 2 days a week completely alone. My mood (angry, depressed, hopeless) changes during the time alone. Nothing situational has happened. I didn't receive a phone call, text, email and a pigeon didn't fly me a letter. If your mood changes and something has happened (argument etc) that is called situational and is normal (not caused by BP). I'm in the process of figuring out how to deal w/control the mood changes (listening to music, exercising etc). Take care

I thought I was in a good mood stable even but then one small thing (that I'd not only approve of but advocate for) happend and I lost it. So it happens. I think it's a BP thing.
