i work in a shelter setting i guess u can call it its at the rehab im in and u have 2 work 2 stay and my point is i get vaery angry very day at sillt stuff like for instance someone dont put there cup in the right place and i loose it alot of times it gets me off and running i guees u can say its very diffacult to control my episodes it seems like something always gets me going..it gets harder and hader to do this and i need this so i can transitios to another place for siuted for apesron like me and need to hold it together so i can make it there..not sure what my point is her so bear with sorry if i make no sense its a big test for me to do waht they require of me while i m here so maybe im making to mush of this but it seems harder every day and there 120 other dudes around so its very diffacult most times

It doesn't sound like you have a cycle or episode problem, it sounds more like you have an anger issue... Just my opinion of course, but most, if not all of your posts (that I've read) are about your anger and how you can't really control it.

Have you spoken to a pdoc about this? Is it being addressed? It must be tiring to be angry all the time, and probably very unpleasant for the folks around you.

I hope you get some real help soon.

I've been trying to learn to deal with my rage and try to remember things like no one can make you be angry. You can decide if you want to lose your temper or keep it. But to decide, you have to slow yourself down. It's like reality checking. Slow down, take it one step at a time.

And taking each thing into account like something small. So and so left his cup there. Count backwards from ten, take deep breaths.

Then think: "Is this worth getting mad over? Is this worth starting an argument? Does this really effect me? Will I still be mad about this in six months?" Decide yes or no.

Then, taking deep breaths, count backwards from ten and walk away. Try to think abotu something else.

It will take practice. I'm still working on this myself.
