I started treatment for bipolar.... Depressive side and anxiety through a well known homeopathic dr. My "medications" weren't quite cutting it for the depression and anxiety. I am seeing some positive results but have yet to find anyone being treated homeopathic for mental illness. Would love some feedback!!!! So I don't feel so alone. Thanks

Hi and welcome

What is the homeopathic treatment for bp? Sounds interesting. I think bach flower essences really help me. I've started juicing, that helps me. I need to exercise more regularly, and want to check out accupuncture and massage - I'm finally going to have a healthy income again soon yayyy!

Whatever your choice for treatment, meds/ no meds, you are so welcome here and not alone!

You're not alone, believe me, in trying to treat bipolar illness with as little
medication as possible. Orthomolecular medicine has been enormously helpful to me.

I have taken the mood stabilizers in the past, but now take only a small
dosage of Prozac just to counterbalance the effects of incidents in life that can lead to depression.

There is so much to learn about this. Please continue your work with
the physician whom you're seeing now, and go on a pro-active effort to
learn how to relieve most of the symptoms of bipolar illness.

Don't hesitate to take a small dosage of meds if they can help and don't
cause too much in the way of side effects.

Take care. Thanks for the post; I enjoyed it.
