I heard caffeine is supposed to kick depression in the face. Is that in any way true or am I just drinking delicious coffee with coconut creamer because of the taste?

Really doubt it or we'd all just be on caffeine pills. But if it gives you comfort, and isn't making anything worse, it's a good thing. Coconut creamer - what a concept - I want to try that.

coffee gives you energy from the caffeine, something you typically dont have when you are depressed so it could give you a false sense that you are feeling better. however, if you are experiencing joy over coconut creamer, you gotta rack that up in the plus column. caffiene can also create anxiety so you got to watch out for that.

I'm a total coffee fanatic.
