I'm back!
I've been on a 2 month hiatus. Its been a long journey. I was accepted into a program in Erie, PA called Fairweather Lodge. It's a group home initially. I spent the last 2 months in the training lodge where of course we didn't have access to internet. I had Tapatalk on my Android so I was able to read the forums but it was too difficult to respond to threads. While I was at the training lodge my meds were adjusted, some were added like Topamax, Neurontin and Wellbutrin. Upped my Seroquel to 600mg. As of yesterday 05/13/13 I have moved into a permanent lodge with another housemate from the training lodge. We have internet and directv. The apartment is fully furnished which is nice. I'm still in Erie, PA and I love this little city. I'm a transplant, but I plan on making this my permanent home, something I haven't been able to say for years. i have a peer specialist that i see 2-3 times per week and she and I talk about current issues, and she teaches me about healthy ways of living, its the best way to explain it. I have been slowly removing the cancerous people from my life and adding positive ones. Overall things are going good. I'm feeling better. I can honestly say, I haven't felt this good in atleast 5 years, maybe even 10. __________________ |
