I don't know but I felt such intense euphoria today. Then I react...it feels so good at the time. But then I'm drained idk, but I'm feeling really damn good right now....need to be careful. I'm just listening to music and waiting for it to pass it's so freaking intense.

It'll pass - you must be sleeping by njow that's good!! But I'm gonna do my best to sleep now ande get 2 hours before shcool wake up time. Check in tomorrow - today whatever... Sometimes I sleep a lot after an all nighter while youngest is in school.

But omg - worked, cleaned so much, laundry, dishes, fixed a computer... well needed but so much more to do.

Rest up

You got a lot done damn... good job.

Yeah the waves of euphoria have decreased. It is so weird this illness, you just never know what's gonna happen next.

I love mania, get only hypomanic and it's great, meds took it away a bit, sometimes try to bring it on with coffee and energy drinks but it's a catch 22. Those things are def not good for us so I rather contently stick to 'as normal as possible' Always the change of a low after a high, well...

When I was younger I loved it. Now for me it can lead to paranoia so I have to b careful with it. Sometimes the euphoria becomes really uncomfortable. Like crawling out of you're skin. For me I like just being stable more Im learning. The intensity wears on me.
