I am so stressed i have three exams tomorrow, two of which i need really high marks for my collage and I feel so unprepared. My hands are shaking and i have had too many panic attacks. I have revised none stop, but I am scared i haven't retained it. I can barely breath, I am scared I will do something reckless because of my bipolar. Seriously someone help me!!!

If you have reviewed the material as you said you have, that's the best you can do right now. Having completed college just a few years ago, my best advice to you would be a restful, recouperative night's sleep.
It should help alleviate the symptoms you're having now and you will wake with a refreshed brain ready to take on the exams.

I am having the same issue as well, but just know you will be okay. Take a deep breath and rest. I know you've prob. heard this s million times, but it will be okay.

close the books. refuse to open them. get a good nights rest and *review* as necessary tomorrow since you probley can't retain anymore right now.

While it's not college, my middle school bp son was in a panic this past weekend because state testing begins today. I used some of the self-hypnosis strategies with him last night so he could settle into sleep. He also has ocd, so he had to have eggs this morning to make sure he has enough protein driving his brain. When I start panicking, I focus on one object and try to empty my mind except for the concentration on that object.
Good luck, I am sure you have prepared yourself well! Bluemountains |
