And spazzed on my ex. She was the only person who I developed a really deep genuine connection with and she left. When I feel manic, it's like all of the progress I had made in getting over her and being fine, unravels and I make a complete fool out of myself. My mind races a million miles an hour. By the time I realize what I'm doing it's already too late. Well that's how my afternoon went.

Sorry you are having such trouble. Do you have family or friends to reach out to? Do you have a Psychiatrist or Therapist?

Sending good thoughts your way

I used to do this all the time. It's a struggle. One I can completely relate to. How long have you been broken up?
