Having a mood. Idk what it is. I was diagnosed bipolar but didn't stay long enough to fun out which one so Idk if ive been feeling manic for a while or depressive for a while or mixed. Idk...I just feel superior and like "I get it" but I also feel like I'm in a battle with myself to keep from turning depressed. I don't want that...it sucks. Idk...I just feel blah ahh yay **** woo ****. Idk.

The best person to help you figure this out is your psychiatrist or therapist. I don't think any of us are doctors, though some of us do work in health care and probably know as much about our diagnoses as they do. We cannot tell you what you're going through.....all we can do is lend a sympathetic ear.

FWIW, mixed episodes are miserable and I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy. Hope you get the help you need.

Are you keeping a mood tracker? That really helps me. I have a lot of mixed episodes and rapid cycling, so keeping a mood tracker has helped me learn a lot about what my triggers and symptoms mean and where I'm at. I use the one on optimism online because I can customize it. But, there are a lot of good ones out there.

If you can, try to get back in to see the psychiatrist or a therapist. You'd be surprised how much talk therapy helps.
