This week has been one of my best in years. I got my appetite back last night, I did some cleaning, and I got some enjoyment out of listening to music.
But today I'm an anxiety mess. Does anyone else get this? Three steps forward, one step back? |

I always feel that I'm a little ahead before getting setback. try a hot shower, drinking from a straw or things like that.

I tend to stomp my foot (mentally at least) and say "KNOCK IT OFF!" and then try my very best to ignore what's set me back (sometimes I will even grasp at straws and inform myself I'm actually just upset over X Y or Z and that it'll pass in a day or two!)
I'm glad you're making steps forward though ![]()

I have been trying to keep myself convinced that I am doing better. I try to write as much as possible off as normal. I just wander if I'm just kidding myself. So in a round about way, it always seems that way.
