At work you have to go through 3.5 screens to schedule an appointment.

Screen 1: add patient name, appointment type, length & reason for appointment

screen 2: add referring doc

Screen 2.5: (pop up) add any reasons the appointment may be changing, or close.

Screen 3: edit appointment type and add schedule initials. Press schedule

Screen 4: confirm with patient, press schedule to complete.....
