So today I didn't worry about my mood. I feel normal. I don't feel sick, either.

And also (and this is a big one for me) I ate till I was full without completely overdoing it or purging afterwards, even though I'm still fat.

BUT remember, it can happen again. And again. And it can happen for days at a time, and sometime for months at a time. Truly. Hang on to the memory of a really good day, and try to tease out what made it so. Is it something you did? Didn't do? Or did you just wake up that way? You have it in you!!!!!!
