Sing is no longer flying high. I think it's a combination of many things including the med change and things that have gone on with my family. I felt pretty "normal" yesterday until last night, and then I felt ridiculously depressed. Today has been kind of in the middle, leaning a little more to the depressed side. It sucks. But hopefully I'll soon settle back in the middle and just be okay. For a bit at least.

I will say I'm glad I'm sleeping because it's been MONTHS since I last slept through the night...but beyond that, I'm not so glad. It kinda sucks actually...but, that's the bipolar life I guess. Play the game til we get the meds right.

Thanks. Me too. But with the way life events are going, it looks like I'm heading to depression...again...where I spend most of my time...
