hi everyone its 3 am again cant sleep anymore this is my usual wake up time again its mind boggling how it always has to be 3 am i am thinking it could have something to do with my new recent trauma work with t sometime i wonder if i should have opened that can of worms, i am at a normal baseline have been for two weeks now neither depressed or manic or hypo but yet irritable empty and angry other wise i think im ok oh lets not forget the everlasting racing thoughts which is my brain shadow

Ugh, I know what you mean. It's 4 a.m. here and the parasomnia (asleep/awake at different times, no schedule) is acting up again. One good thing to remember is to be nice to yourself about it. Not so you don't care, but just so you don't stress yourself out and make it worse.
