40 million people suffer from Anxiety Disorder

15 million people suffer from Social Phobia

14.8 million have Major Depressive Disorder

6.8 million have General Anxiety Disorder

5.7 million suffer from Bipolar Disorder

1.8 million suffer from Agoraphobia

1.6% have Borderline Personality Disorder

1% have Antisocial Personality Disorder
(without conscience: 1 in every 25 people)

1.1% (or 2.4 million) have schizophrenia

Despite these statistics, we remain a relatively stable and sane society.

This reminds me that everyone has some kind of problem with aspects
of life.

(Just a thought: the worst behavior I ever saw in public was in a restaurant
where a young, drunken attorney was really in a rage. 30% of Americans have
had alcohol problems at some point in their lives.)
