Hey guys,

My Support Worker recommended this video, its an American film but it is well worth a watch. The video is called "up/down". They ask questions to sufferers.... I took note of them and answered them gives you food for thought

Hope you guys like it as much as I did
Thanks for this!

Dear Miss Laura,
I found it on YouTube. I'll watch it. Maybe it will make me feel better because right now, the pain is so heavy.
Thanks.

For a 16 minute video on a very complicated subject, she had some quality material. I was a bit disappointed that a type II diagnosis has MANY ways of expressing itself; variations.

She did herself justice though. I'd consider her one of the 'luckier' people who discovered they have bipolar.

The film I am talking about is over an hour and looks at what the public know about Bipolar, what it is like for a sufferer of Bipolar to live 24/7 and what it is like for their families. The film is American and I found it interesting. My Support Worker and I had a good conversation about it.

I've seen it, it seemed a little dull for such a colorful topic. If that makes sense. "Of two minds" is another documentary on bipolar. If anyone wanted to find that one. (you might have to type bipolar after it)
